The doctorestimator.ro website and application are operated by CODEMARS SRL, registered office at 2 Armoniei Street, Șelimbăr, Sibiu, Romania, tax identification number RO45431372, contact email: contact@doctorestimator.ro.

Doctor Estimator is software intended to organise doctors' professional activity, including:

• clinic management;
• patient management;
• procedure scheduling;
• tracking estimated and actual duration;
• viewing activity in the calendar and dashboard; and
• other features available in the current version of the product.

The service is provided as a digital tool for organisation and record keeping. The application does not replace the user's professional, legal or administrative obligations regarding medical practice or mandatory records.

By accessing the website, completing the expression-of-interest form, creating an account or using the application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or application.

Access to the application may be provided through an account created manually by an administrator.

To activate the account, the user may receive:

• an activation email to set a password; or
• a one-time login code sent by email, depending on the mechanism enabled in the application.

The user is responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• keeping access credentials confidential; and
• using the account lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

You may use the service only for lawful and legitimate professional purposes.

You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or infrastructure;
• use the application for unlawful or abusive activities;
• introduce malicious content, compromise platform security or disrupt its operation; or
• copy, sublicense, resell or otherwise exploit the application or its content without authorisation.

The user is responsible for the data entered into the application and for the lawfulness of its processing in their professional activity.

We recommend entering only strictly necessary data and, where possible, using initials, pseudonyms or fictional/test data to limit the exposure of personal data.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation.

During beta or early product stages:

• certain features may be changed;
• some features may be limited or withdrawn; and
• updates, scheduled interruptions or technical fixes may occur.

All rights in the website, application, source code, design, names, logos, texts and materials associated with Doctor Estimator belong to CODEMARS SRL and/or its licensors, except for third-party elements.

No part of the service may be used without the rights holder's prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• temporary unavailability of the service;
• indirect losses, lost profit or business interruption;
• errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user;
• use of the application in breach of the user's professional or legal obligations; or
• medical, administrative or business decisions taken on the basis of information available in the application.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate a user's access in case of:

• breach of these terms;
• abusive or fraudulent use;
• a security risk;
• a legal request or an obligation imposed by authorities; or
• non-payment for the service, should paid plans be introduced in the future.

We may update the service and these terms periodically. The updated version will be published on the website, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by law.

Any dispute will first be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the courts have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
